The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page one, section six, lines twelve through fifteen, by striking out subdivisions (1) and (2) and inserting a new subdivision (1), to read as follows:

“(1) In the twelve months immediately preceding the alleged negligent act has been engaged in the treatment of patients in accordance with §55-7B-7; and”

And renumbering the remaining subdivision accordingly.
